At Nutri-bay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your health and nutrition purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Nutri-bay account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the food items are unopened and in their original sealed packaging, then place them securely in a shipping box with your order invoice included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned supplements or snacks, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
